Our services

Stayvela provides short-term rental management services to property owners and facilitates direct bookings of managed homes for guests. Revenue estimates and projections we provide are illustrative, based on available market data, and are not guarantees of future performance.

Bookings and stays

Booking requests are subject to availability and confirmation. Rates, fees, house rules, cancellation terms, and any applicable taxes are presented before a booking is finalized. Guests are responsible for the property during their stay and for any damage beyond normal wear.

Owner engagements

Management services for owners are governed by a separate written management agreement. In the event of any conflict, that signed agreement controls over these Terms with respect to the managed property.

Acceptable use

You agree not to misuse our websites, interfere with their operation, or use them for any unlawful purpose. All content and branding on our sites is owned by us or our licensors and may not be copied without permission.

Disclaimers and liability

Our websites and services are provided on an “as is” basis without warranties of any kind. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from your use of our websites or services.
